商丘梁园产业集聚区是省政府批准设立的省级产业集聚区。2008年被河南省商务厅、郑州海关确定为河南省加工贸易梯度转移重点承接地，被河南省对外开放领导组、省商务厅确定为全省重点对外开放产业集聚区。
Liangyuan Industry Cluster District of Shangqiu is a provincial level industrial park approved by provincial government. In 2008, Liangyuan Industry Cluster District was determined as key transfer district to gradually undertake processing and trade industry by Henan Provincial Department of Commerce and Zhengzhou Customs of Henan Province as well as the key opening up industry cluster district by Henan Open-up Leadership Group Office and the Province Department of Commerce.
商丘梁园产业集聚区位于商丘市梁园区西北部，总规划面积35.1 平方公里。梁园产业集聚区是梁园区为加快工业项目落地、提高产业档次、拉升经济增长幅度、加快区域性中心城市建设步伐而规划建设的一个新兴多功能产城融合区。规划主导产业为农副产品深加工、铝材深加工和医药。梁园产业聚集聚区的道路“三横四纵”及环形公路已建成通车，园区内基本实现“五通一平”。截至2010年6月底，落地项目100多个，其中固定资产投资千万元以上工业项目63个、超亿元工业项目10个。已实现年销售收入53亿元，并提供了5万个就业岗位。
Located in the northwest of Shangqiu Liangyuan Zone, Liangyuan Industrial Cluster District covers area of 35.1 square kilometers, and this cluster district is a new multi-city production integration area to speed up industrial projects set-up, improve the industrial grade, move up the economic growth rate, and accelerate the pace of the regional center of urban construction. The projected leading industry is the deep-processing of agricultural and sideline products, aluminum processing and medicine industry. The road of "four vertical Lines & three horizontal Lines" and the ring road have been opened to traffic, the park has been basically achieved the goal of " five supplies and one leveling" (supply of water, electricity, road, gas , telecom).”At the end of June 2010, more than 100 projects have been settled, of which 63 projects with the investment in fixed assets more than 10 million RMB, and 10 projects with the investment over 100 million RMB. The annual sales revenue of the district has been 5.3 billion, providing 50,000 jobs.
